Our contractor has registered Software Assurance for our mitel switches.
how can we be sure now that our switches are under software assurance coverage ?
is there any way to check this in mitel website ?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / virtual number as a key system - doesn't show caller name

I programed a virtual number (2072) with a Name, as a key system (single line) for a 5320 mitel phone.
but when user dials via this number (2072) , called phone doesn't show name of virtual user.
Can anyone help me to resolve the problem??

Hi Guys.
I replaced RTC card on a MXe III switch and after bootup i faced with a minor Alarm that related to FPGA mismatch.
system suggest UPGRADEBOOTROM ALL command as corrective action.
should i run this command ?
is there any risk to run this command?

Hi,
There is 3 sites A,B,C. users in A can make a call to users of C, through B switch.
in switch B, how can manage incoming trunks from A to have/have not access to outgoing trunk to C switch ?
i think its related to COR and COR group number . But HOW?

Hi,
Is it possible to connect a MXE iii controller to two network switch (through two LAN ports on it) ?
i want to connect controller to two different network switches to gain LAN connection redundancy?
main IP and L2 IP of controller are in same subnet.
I worry about Loop problem in network !!!
