Mitel Software Applications / UCA 5 Exchange Calendar Integration

I'm looking for more information about the possibility to connect Unified Communicator Advanced with our Microsoft Exchange server with the Calendar integration.

The options:

Exchange Server URL: https://{exchange server}/ews/exchange.asmx
Exchange Server Version: Exchange 2007 (greyed out no possibility to change it)
Username: ...
Password: ...
Use impersonation

Who is using this integration and how is this set up?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Answering Call on Mitel 5360 / 5340 with headset

We're using some Mitel 5340 and 5360 devices besides our 5224 IP Phones.

When using the device, we were wondering how you can answer a call with the headset activated and the buttons on another page than the first one with the line key on it.
At the 5340 device you can press the 'homescreen' button and answer with your line key.
At the 5360 you have to browse back to the first screen.

Is there a way to answer the call with a  button in the dark gray area?

At the moment we're using UCA 2.0.
Does somebody know if the new UCA 4.0 is supporting automatic logon (based on PC username) and LDAP Sync again?

I'm told that with UCA 3.0 every user needs to login manually once on every PC.
