Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX 200 AX Dial 0 calls not ringing at switchboard

Guest rooms dialing 0 ring the Night 1 extension when the system in in Day service. Form 19 has Console LDN as Day extension and Night 1 is cordless extension number.
