Mitel Software Applications / Micollab Outlook Plugin Delegates

We have setup our EA to have appropriate delegate access to conferences.  But when she tries to edit a micollab meeting through outlook we get a MiCollab Outlook Plugin error stating "Access denied.  MiCollab meeting owner credentials required."  Has anyone found a solution to this problem
