Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3000 Auto Attendant problems not answering lines after power outage.

I have a customers Mitel 3000 system with voice mail that is not answering with the built in auto attendant. All settings look fine but calls are directed to a message that says . No one is available to take your call. What could be the solution. Voicemail boxes do work fine. Thanks.
