Does anyone know the limit for remote works on the 250?

Client is looking to add to the sales force and would like them to have physical phones at their home offices.

MiVoice 250

Caller ID is set up and working on all the other phones except 2.
They had caller ID before.

Defaulted the station via feature code.
Checked the flags for each extension to see they are set to receive caller ID and name. Yes.

I know it has to be something insanely easy to fix, but can someone point me in the right direction?

Oh, that will be their small to medium size business option then.
They probably sent notification of this through the partner platform? Probably ended up in my boss's email trash bin. :(

So we would have to migrate them over to the new 3300 platform then?
I am going to assume no way to link the two systems?

Do you know when that will be coming out? I had better get my butt over to the Mitel learning center and take some classes sooner rather than later.

By the way, thank you very much for you response.
Sometimes getting answers out of Mitel is quite rough and to get anything from Jennne......grrr...bitter, bitter....

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX 200 PRI framing and coding

One of my clients asked me to take a look at a hotel phone system for a friend.
They have an SX 200. I don't program it, but I can find someone who does.
Client needs to move from Windstream and move their PRI to another carrier.
The existing PRI is AMI. The new carrier cannot do AMI. Can the SX 200 be programmed for B8ZS, ESF?
I do not want to tell them they have to get a new system because their old system cannot have the PRI programmed for the carrier specs and I don't want to tell them to go through the nightmare they apparently had to go through to find another PRI carrier that can do AMI.
Thanks for any assistance you might be able to provide.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Paging port adapter

Have the Mivoice 250 and a Valcom 2003a. Client was on a Cisco and the paging was on a trunk port. Wondering what adapter others have used in order to get the paging port to work with the 2003a?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Problem with spa122 for a fax

Received a guide from mitel ( http://support.t38fax.com/support/solutions/articles/19000048684-cisco-spa122-2-port-phone-adapter )and have configured the unit, but we cannot fax out or receive faxes.
I have gone over the programming with Mitel tech support for the mivoice 250 side of things and the programming looks good.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before and what wass the resolution if there was one?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Converting a databas to an older version

Have a client that added a few more systems and we are connecting them.

Created a database with version 6.3.9.102 database software.

System is a release 6.3 SP2 Version 6.3.7.78

Coming up with a compatibility issue.

I look at my software version and I have the 6.3.0.3 database converter downloaded to my software.
Never used it, so I am just looking to see if I can get some guidance on how to downgrade my database to the older unit.

DND ON...Ummmm.....
Because I didn't think of it and have not forwarded a phantom extension to an outside number before. I never said I was the brightest bulb. :)
How would one go about doing that? Would that be creating a forwarding path with the outside number? That can be done? Sorry, I just have not done it before and would be extremely appreciative if you could show me.

Should I create a hunt group and put the DEE in it? Point the Call Routing night table at the hunt group?

Yes. We were able to call that number from an inhouse phone using the PRI trunks

Propagate Original Caller ID is already set to no.
I have numbers coming down the pipe that hit the proprer hunt groups already and they work fine. It is just this DEE part.
Just weird. the calls seems to be ringing the phantom extension, but the phantom extension is not following the DEE user programming I set up.

I know I am just missing a simple step somewhere so I hope you can enlighten me,,,,

MiVoice250.
PRI
4 digits received by carrier

Client turns on night service for calls to be forwarded to an answering service
Created a phantom extension
created the DEE user for that phantom extension and reduced the seconds for the ringing in order to go outbound to service immediately and placed my cell phone in the secondary destination.
Call the extension from an internal phone and YAY it goes out to my cell phone

Created a night calling route table and pointed the correct 4 digit DID for the incoming number to this phantom extension
I call in and ring no answer
Not forwarding off system

I know I am missing something simple
Do I have to create a forwarding path in that particular phantom extension's field? If so, what would I point the forwarding path to?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

12 channels are assigned for the number of voice channels.

There are 12 vm port licenses.
When they dial 2500 they get the message in the heading.
They are getting bombarded with calls. 400 in a 6 hours period.
First thought is the VM ports are busy, but....

When they dial in from the outside and hit the auto attendant, they can * out to get their messages.
If you can dial in and get the auto attendant, the ports have to be free.

What might I be missing here?
