MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Re: IP address issue on Mivoice 250

I am direct connected to the Mivoice 250 and not attached to a network.
This is the static ip information now programmed onto the Mivoice 250
192.168.62.1 - gateway
192.168.62.10 - phone system
Told me to use 255.255.255.252 as the subnet mask
I always use the phone system IP the client provides for the phone system as my gateway to connect to the system which is the .10 address.
I think the problem is I am not on the network providing the DHCP.
That being said, is there a way to wipe the system so I can upload the saved version from the PC without wiping the login credentials?
