Hello

MX-One 7.3 and a S/W server and which contaning config files out to our IP-phones

Our users is getting disturbed by the moving screensaver on the phone. I have a question if there is possible to change it in the global text config file on S/W server, so I can get a "black screensaver" (as it is on the extra keypanel M695) on the actual 6930 phone?

Understood its possible to disable the screensaver totally by putting "0" on "screensaver time",  but I would prefer to have some shutdown of the screen for saving it a bit

Kind Regards

Hi

In MX-One 7.2 I have a Huntgroup 12345 with one (logic) IP-EDN member 67891. This 67891 was represennted on a  button on a so called "closet-phone" as an EDN, for the abillity to set the number as MNS on sevral phones whos should answer. After changing some paramerers on the HG 12345 with diversion, this is in state busy now.(See print below) So I cant remove the it 67891

MDSH> ghdap:grp=12345;
GROUP HUNTING DATA
GRP                  LIM    SERV    TRAF   SEL     QUE   RGTIME   CLT   CUST   DIR                  MEM STAT
12345                20     1000001 15     110000  2     60       1     20         67891                BUSY

Any ideas how to force hang-up/kick the logic EDN 67891 out? :-)

I tried to reverse, and I managed to remove the MNS on the physical phones and also the EDN on "Closet Phone". But when tryimg removing

MDSH> GHGME:GRP=12345,DIR=67891;
NOT ACCEPTED
MEMBER BUSY

Best Regards

Hello

Im pretty new MX-One CLI Release 6 :-) Does any know how to erease an SIP-extension in CLI by pasting in like 4 commands (se below) , but with automatic having the "YES-confirmation answer" inserted between the commands? So I just can paste it in.

In example if I do it manually, I have to answer "Y" after every command

name -e --dir 82111
ip_extension -e -d 82111
extension -e -d 82111
auth_code -e --auth-code 8211182111

Kind Regards
Fred

Hello MX-1 experts

I wonder if someone can help me where I can see alarmlog, (if I have erased and done the command alarm -e). Are alarm stored in any map in MX-One (WinSCP) or any other good trick?`
