Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Hostdesk and ACD at Same Time

I have a phone which is setup to allow ACD Agents to login ….   I'd also like to have this phone setup as a Hotdesk at the same time but don't know how.  Is this something that's possible ?

We are running a Mitell 3300 and I have paging setup on the system.   What are finding is that users turn down their phone volume and then can't hear any of the pages.  Is there a way to override the users settings so this doesn't happen ?
