Mitel Software Applications / Nupoint mailbox message report?

Is there a one single report that can be run to show how many messages in each mailbox?  Nupoint version is latest one on Mitel website

SNMP I don’t believe so. The 6900 series phones has its own diagnostic built in. You can web UI using user:root and passcode:73738...go to diagnostics...has logs and TCPDUMP Most snmp software such as Spice Networks can monitor any device doing a continuous ping.

Just asking the best way to set up a STAR that rings a hunt group then recalls to a CRA/AA. Since you can’t have a hunt group as an application...right now I have it pointed to a CRA without a greeting and the timeout going to HG 2000.  Just asking if that is best way

To me the only 6900 phone that makes sense in minet would be the 6940.  That way the phone could layout like a 5340,5360 or 8568 although being able to get the Bluetooth handset and Dect headset would be nice with 6920 and 6930.  My question is Mitel has always claimed that the 250 can’t handle the 6900 series set in Minet because of resources but can’t you put 6900 series phones on a 3300 AX? I wish they would just throw a SDD hard drive in the Mitel 250...then you run phone manager and 6900 phones in SIP or Minet.

You lose Advanced System Diagnotics when you turn up phone manager/MiO app suite.

Are you sure it a hookswitch issue and not a firmware issue? I had same issue with one customer on a certain software release and when I upgraded to last 8.0 release I haven’t had issue since.  The way I found it was I took bad phone back to office on different SW version and problem went away.

My wish is to allow the SYstem Admin Diagnostic to work with Mivoice Office Applications Suite.  You lose the diagnostic and they haven’t added it Mivoice Office App suite.  The just need to allow 2 connections at same time.I do wish they would allow the 6900 series sets to work Minet. I wish the ip device and sip device license was the same like on 3300.

I cutover the system this evening. Everything went well but the call quality especially on IP sets isn’t as good as I would have thought.  I have cutover several on other vendors PRI but AT&T isn’t as good quality

Thanks so much for the help.  The are not staying with AT&T. Contract is up in a year then the go with new service provider with a TDM PRI ...this is a 24/7 medical facility and they want the trunks with an SLA and TDM PRI works best. The phone system is dying and they need something now.

I am about to switch out a Cortelco Eon with a Mitel 250 that has a AT&T IP Flex PRI.  I don’t have the ability to see the setup on old Cortelco.  Only thing AT&T will tell me is delivering 10 digits and calls are delivered in ascending order....has anyone connected  to IP Flex via PRI connection if so can you give me an idea of settings might be?  I figure ISDN type would be National? Any help is appreciated

I am networking 2 Mitel 250’s for first time. Do I need to change the device baseline extension for all options to be different between both nodes? One node is 1XX and the other 2XX.  When I import do I need to select all options before importing or just devices?  All they the really need is dialing extension to extension and maybe allow trunk overflow for dialing out. Any help appreciated

I have a customer I am installing phone manager for...they have 13 client PC’s.  When I open settings  I see nothing in available host, however I can ping PC to server and server to PC.  I can also see the Mivoice office App Suite server on the network as share device....I can log on see files on the  C drive of server. The network is just a simple /24 with a Ubiquity router/firewall. I just can’t figure why client will not find host and connect to server.  I loaded the client software on the server and it of course connects and links to IP set..works fine. Any help greatly appreciated
