In the end it was fixed using the CoS "display held caller id on transfer" to off on lines and phones as suggested by Mitel. Now everything works as expected.

Thanks for your help though :)

Hello,

We are trying to setup a PRI on a 3300 (v8.0 SP3 PR2) that is connected to a Sangoma Vega 400G (SIP to PRI). The incoming and outgoing calls are working fine, but there is a problem with call transfer.

Here are 2 examples the issue:
1) Party A (555-000-0000) calls the customer (Party B 555-111-1111), gets into an IVR, press 1 which should forward the call to Party C (888-000-0000).
2) Party A (555-000-0000) calls the customer (Party B 555-111-1111), call is answered, then the person tries to transfer the call to an external number (Party C 555-222-2222)

In both cases the call is passed to the Vega but it appears as if the FROM is Party A's number, along with Party B's configured outgoing caller id name, and the TO is Party C's number. The call is then refused by the provider as Party A's number is not part of the DID range provided to the customer.

Do you know if there is an option to allow the "redirecting number", "calling party number" and "called number" to be included in the data sent to the Vega so it can be converted to a call with p-asserted data and referred-by by the Vega?

I am more into SIP so this is puzzling me a bit.

Thanks in advance for your help!
