we upgraded system from v 6.0 to ver 8.0 then to ver 9.4

finally we upgraded ver 9.4 to ver 10 .

the upgrade is successful .

we have 2 system in cluster . in one of the cluster system we are facing issue the 24 ONSP card not detecting .

earlier it detected when we upgraded the system , but now it is not detecting .

we upgraded the AX controller to version 10.0 , initially the 24 ONSP card detected , now we cant see any 24 ONSP card in the module

we have received new AX controller card and new Flash 16 gb with preloaded ver 9.4 .
we removed the existing controller and flash and replaced with new set
we get error " cannot boot " on console login

Please sugget

Customer is using MiVB  with MiCollab.

We have configured LDAP Client configuration on MiVB for external directory .

We are getting message in maintenance log "LDAP Client Successfully connected to ldap://10.x.1x.xx:389"

But we are unable to search external contacts on Mitel 69xx phone.

69xx Phone display -> Directory import failed. Attached snap shot.

Kindly suggest.

this symptom is intermittent
Mxone A and MXone B are connected on pvt sip trunk

intermittently Mxone A Sip user gets line busy anonymous on display and call trace on the user shows " State is : BSYMES ( Busy Message ) No Scp connected .

Hi we have installed MGB in custom mode with port forwarding on WAN ip to MiCollab IP
TNA test gives audio rtp port ok.
Firewall has done the routing from Wan ip to MiCollab ip and vice versa

we have installed MIVB , Micollab , MBG . the Micollab client is working fine on internal customer network

but there is no audio both ways when connected from public network ( teleworker )

in pcap trace we dont get rtp packets

we have configured Vlan but same result . this symptom is not static .
we are debugging this issue jointly with customer network team , we will keep updated

addon info on this issue

the phone detach status show marooned in this state , if we make an incoming call to such affected sip phone users the incoming call is successfull . now we can make outgoing calls from this phones . if these phones are kept idle for a very long time then it gives similar symptom and detach status shows marroned

anything can be done from network side

the extension status is registered in Mxone and phone UI

only when we make a call the display says "call failed" .

Mitel 6863i phone registered with Mxone . the phone display is normal , but any incoming call
Summary:   Mitel 6863i phones is idle when user is dialing any extension number user gets blank tone.
Details:   All sip phones Mitel and third party sip phones are responding intermediately with extension not been able to dial any other extension.

While dialing it give a blank tone, It will start working randomly once received a call from another extension.

Analog phones in the same system works fine.

Also we have take a capture of 6863i phone (Pcap file) call scenario tested while capture are mentioned below: and in wireshark trace it shows "

we have connected Md110 with audiocodes on an E1 connectivity and configured as a normal pri route

the call from MD110 to audiocodes is sucessfull  , but call from audiocodes to Md110 is not successfull

we have connected A470 with unify X8 on sip trunk

the speech from unify to mitel is ok

but there is no audio from mitel to unify
