Hi googz,

there are multiple ways to do analysing your mobile devices.
In the MiVoice Border Gateway exists a section Troubleshooting / Diagnostics. There you can start record pcap traces and look into them to find out what's going wrong.
An other option is to send diagnostics log from the mobile device himself, the logs are stored at the MiCollab server where youcan download them

Hi Amal,

unfortunately not, but you can parse the output into a file and filter there.
If your're using a linux terminal it might would be much easier  8)

Hi Amal,

you can do this over telnet port 1754
From local help file:
"You can direct hotel logs to LPR1 telnet (port 1754). To do this, configure Port Logical Name as Hotel Motel Logs Port and Port Physical Name as LPR1 in the Application Logical Ports form."

Hi,
take a look at the SMDR Output. You can open a port to the mcd and record the data live or you can export the data over the scheduler

Maybe start a tcpdump and look what ports requested. I mean port 36008 is one of them
are the new Servers in the same subnet like the old ones?
