If you're using Integrated VM it's in each mailbox under Delete Messages After

Can it be changed globally? So it will change the days to all Integrated VM.

Hi,
Is there any option for this. So, voicemail will delete automatically after certain period of time. We are on Release level: 8.0 SP3 PR2 
Active software load: 14.0.3.3

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Forward Voice Mail to E-mail

Hi,
We enabled Forward Voice Mail to E-mail in our mitel 3300. It is running on 8.0 SP3 PR2

Can we change email template. So it send bit more information in the subject line, body of the email and attach wav filename. See one of the email screen shot.

Hi,
We have Mitel 3300 controller mostly with 5312 set. I want to enable record a call Feature Key those sets. So, user can start the recording by pressing the button. Currently it record always. Please advise me what settings I need to change.

COS settings
Record A Call
 Record-A-Call - Save Recording on Hang-up  Yes
Record-A-Call - Start Automatic Incoming Call Recording  Yes
 Record-A-Call - Start Automatic Outgoing External Call Recording  Yes


Worked. I was counting keys top to bottom not other way.

Just change the Automatic recording to - No

This will still allow manual recording by feature.
