Configured call forwarding for a user to ring their cell phone if busy / no answer.

Can you adjust the timing that it takes to forward the call to the cell phone? Configured the settings under the individual user extension through the web portal. 

Is there a setting in the DB programming?

I changed the settings to the following

Step (1) - ring duration - ( 16 ) - destination 1 (desk)
Step (2) - ring duration - ( N/A ) - destination 1 (mobile)

It seems to be working the way i want but i have to select # to receive the call. Any way to get around that?

Ok i am setting the Dynamic Extension as the following

Step (1) - ring duration - ( 8 ) - destination 1 (desk)
Step (2) - ring duration - ( 8 ) - destination 1 (mobile)
Step (3) - ring duration - N/A - destination 1 (voice mail)

Now it goes to internal voicemail.

I am trying to configure an extension to forward to a cell phone after 4 rings but i am not able to get it to work. I am only able to get it to forward immediately.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the noob question. Does the DB software need to match the HC Controller or the call processing version?

Hello!

I just inherited 2 Mitel 5000 system's and I am trying to get connected to the DB programming software. I am able to load the software properly and get connected to the systems but I am not able to launch DB programming. I get the following error:

"Unable to start the session. The required version of DB Programming is not installed"

I have reinstalled and uninstalled the software. Right clicked as admin, etc.

I am using the following software version:

System Administration & Diagnostics - 6.3.52.0
DB Programming Software - 6.3.7.52

System #1

HX Controller (v6.0 SP2)
Call Processing version 6.0.11.95

System #2

HX Controller (v6.0 SP1 PR1)
Call Processing version 6.0.10.77


Any thoughts??
