I'm aware of the "Hot Desk External User - Display Internal Calling ID" field but I don't see field in that section to get it so send 10-digit CID instead of 4-digit which is what I need to fix the issue.

Yeah I think I nailed down WHAT the issue is, just not sure how to fix it. My carrier does let me send whatever I want for CPN, but only if it's 10 digits. When I set my CPN to xxxx and placed an outbound call I got an unknown.

I'm not sure if there's a setting in the Mitel to send 10-digit CPN on extension to extension but only for twinned hotdesking. I'm thinking this may require Mobile Extension to resolve.

Trying to nail down an issue with Caller ID on twinned calls. Right now on an extension to extension call the twinned device will show the main number instead of the extension. My sales team claims that calls used to show the 4-digit extension instead of the main number.

I went into the COS settings for the hot desk device and set "Hot Desk External User - Display Internal Calling ID" to yes. When I make this change and test I get "Unknown" as the caller ID on the mobile device.

I do not believe this is a carrier issue because I can push out any CPN I want from the system, even if it isn't our number. Also if I direct dial a twinned extension from an external number the number gets passed to the twinned extension.

Ideally I would like for external calls to show the external number (currently working) and internal calls to show the extension (not working) on the mobile device.

Next time I have to rebuild a MBG for a 200ICP I'll try getting it to work with the current release.

Thanks.

It's been a number of years since I last tried but it had something to do with configuring the ICP under Border Gateway.

In any event I was able to pull the RPMs off a different running server and cobble together a Blade CD and I was able to get 6.1 installed onto the new server so I'm good.

I just went through the Installation guides for 10.1, 9.1, 8.1, 7.1, and 6.1 and the only one that lists support for the SX-200 is 6.1 which falls in line with my testing. From 7.0 onward only the 3300 and 5000 are supported in MBG.

When I tried 7.0 and 8.0 last I could not get them to work on a 200 ICP. 3300 Has never been an issue. The 200 is EOL so Mitel probably dropped support. Maybe MBG 10 added support back in as I haven't tried it. I'd have to look at the Engineering docs. The other problem with trying out different versions is every time I have to clear the hardware ID then call AMC to release the record because the Hardware ID has been cleared too many times.

I have a customer with a 200ICP and a Teleworker server and the Teleworker server crashed. I am building a new server and I have MSL 9.2.25.0 loaded and it is synced with AMC, however the Blades page will not update with the list of MBG blades to download. I think the last time I went through this process with a customer was in 2017 and I had no issues.

To my knowledge, MSL 9.2.25.0 / MBG 6.1.10.0 is the last working combination for Teleworker on a 200ICP. I am pretty sure I have tried getting a 200ICP to work with MBG 7 and MBG 8 but I had no success.

I logged into Mitel Online but the oldest MBG I see listed is 8.1.25 running on MBG 10.1. Does anyone happen to have the 6.1.10.0 Blade ISO they could provide?
