Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / SIP Trk Problem

Hi,
I have a curious problem here, I have an Aastra 430 (R2.0) with Gamma SIP trks, 99% of the time all works OK but occasionally the User gets one way speech when a call is transferred. Any help with this one would be gratefully received.
