Amal, were they working before or is this a new ASUII deployment?

Are you using NuPoint or imbedded voicemail?


 it's a new ASU deployment and we are using Embedded voicemail

it's Working.
But it Lists out all the information about PMS for example checkout or check-in. May I know is there any way to display only wake-up call information. Thanks

Hi All,

May I know, how can I display the wake-up call information into Hyperterminal or putty from Mxe III MCD.
For example:
Wake-up call initiated
Wake-up call Answered
Wake-up call canceled

we have an existing Nortel system with this feature and upgrading to Mitel. how can we enable that feature in Mitel MCD?

At least anyone can guide, what packages need to be installed or removed from MSL before uploading to Azure. we tried a few ways but MSL is crashing when it boots up at Azure. Thanks for the help
