Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Low volume sound on speaker

Hi Everyone,
When using the Aastra 6869i on speaker phone, I find it very hard to hear the person on the other end even with max volume. On the handset, they sound fine.
In my config file, I have handsfree tx gain: 10 and handsfree rx gain: 10 but it didn't really seem to help much.
Is there anything else i can do ? The Firmware Version 4.3.0.1052
