My mitel 5000 is sending Pages through the paging port to overhead speakers. Can I have the system simultaneously page over the phone handsets.

I have four extensions that are part of a call routing announcement, ext 1000, ext 1100, ext 1200, ext 1300,.
Extension 1300 also rings if its direct phone number is called. can I have extension 1300 use one ringtone if the call flows through the call routing announcement and a separate ringtone if it's direct number is called.

I've just recently installed a mitel 5000, my users who have analog phones and voicemail are not receiving notifications, that they have a voicemail waiting. On the old system when they pick up their phone they were here too quick tones signaling they had voicemail waiting. Can I do something similar to this on the mitel 5000.

I am not sure how to set a phone to master, and get a call to route to this master phone and then have the CRA pick up the call? This is the first 5000 i have ever programmed if you could, please give me more detail on this process to get this forwarding set up.   Thanks for the help.

Hello, i have a hospital that has a main location and two clinics on site. Clinic A has a hunt group set up and the call routing table send call directly to this hunt group. Clinic B has a call routing announcement set up with digits translated to connect to Ext., and a hunt group if option 4 is selected. The call routing table is set up for Clinic B to send calls to the call routing announcement.
When these clinic close for the day i need one Ext. at each site to forward, all calls to a call routing announcement for the after hour clinic. I can not use STAR because the hour at these clinic changes frequently also night mode is being use by my call attended for a different process.  Is there a way to accomplish this? Thank you.
