It is already set to NAT :(

Did you change the NAT type in the station programming?

Can you advise how I do this?

Hi all,

We have a Mitel 5000 system. I have recently moved locations and therefore routers.

I am working from a 4G TP Link router with a Virgin Media unlimited data sim (it is in the countryside and no decent ISP)  Plugged into the router is my 5312 IP Phone. Signal strength on the router is good.

At my previous location everything works fine when the phone is plugged in.

At the new location people can hear me but I cannot hear them. The phone makes external phone calls but again no dial and no sound from the other side.

The phones IP address is 192.168.1.106. Port forwarding is set up as follows:

ID   Service Port   Internal Port   IP Address   Protocol   Status
1   6004-6261   6004-6261   192.168.1.106   UDP   Enabled
2   6800-6802   6800-6802   192.168.1.106   TCP   Enabled
3   3998   3998                                   192.168.1.106   TCP   Enabled
4   3999   3999                             192.168.1.106   TCP   Enabled
5   50098-50508   50098-50508   192.168.1.106   TCP   Enabled

The above is the same configuration used at the previous location.

SIP ALG is disabled as well as SPI firewall. I have also enabled DMZ to point to the phones IP.

I am not a technician but have a basic understanding, a company manages our Mitel 5000 system but they have come up blank on this occasion :( They have also confirmed everything is set up on the Mitel 5000 system correctly and nothing has changed since I have moved ... I even took the phone back to the previous location and all worked fine still.
