Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Ring Groups Voicemail Issue

Hey Guys,
I am having an issue with calls not getting to users voice mailboxes.
I have serveral users with their own Nupoint mailbox attached to their account.
The issue is the users are members of multiple ring groups and it appears when they are not signed in or set their calls in MiCollab to go to voicemail their ring group voicemail box is kicking in and not their own personal one.
Any ideas how to change this?
