Mitel Software Applications / Calls dropping internally

We currently are using Mitel Mx-One Provisioning V 6.3, MiCC 9.3, and MiCollab for our major departments in the college. We've been experiencing some problems when calling internally. For example when someone calls the main number from a cell phone, the call goes directly to voicemail and plays greetings, then when the action defined is to time out to contact center group and the call is released perfectly. Here is the problem, when you dial the 5 digits extension internally, the call goes to voicemail, plays greeting, same action define but the call drops.  This only happens with internal callers using the 5 digit extension which then transfers to contact center groups. Any tips as to what might be causing this?

Thanks for getting back, we checked this morning and user has the same class of service (common service profile) programmed like all other ones nothing different. I just called her this morning and after 5 rings the call went to voicemail. Still would like to know why this happens?

Just got an email from a user that state it happen again, her phone ring, rings and it doesn't go to VM after 5 rings. I have checked her setting and nothing has been done to the profile. We current have 3 servers for redundancy, but one master running MiColla Advance Messaging Admin V.870. Our PBX is an MX-One. This happen randomly not all the time. Forgot to say this user is using a Aastra 6731i, we also have a mix of SIP and Digital lines connecting to the PBX.

Lately I've been getting calls from users stating their MWI is not turning on when a message is deposited. I have verify and the MWI feature is enable, we are running MiCollab Advance Messg Admin V 8.70 MWI,  I also went into Mitel Provisioning Manager V6.3 HF1 and diversion to voicemail is set there too. The thing is if I remove both and add it again user light turns on well sometimes. The voicemail is sitting on its own box. Any suggestions? Forgot to say this user is using a Aastra 6731i, we also have a mix of SIP and Digital lines connecting to the PBX.
