Hello,
We have run into a problem with the latest Windows 10 update, version 1083. It seems that the Mitel UCA application does not work under this version of Windows.
On previous versions of Windows 10, we were able to get UCA working by editing a registry key called "ClientMinKeyBitLength." Unfortunately, this no longer works after upgrading to 1803. Whenever we try to use the UCA on this version of Windows, we receive an error message stating "An unknown error occurred while validating credentials."
This behavior seems to match an issue caused by a .NET Framework update KB2938782, according to what I've been able to find online. However, with 1803, this behavior seems to be built into the operating system rather than able to be removed by uninstalling an update.
Has anyone successfully got UCA working on 1803? If so, how? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Much appreciated.
