Make sure all your SIP peer settings are correct for the SIP provider (is the SIP provider on the Interop list?)
Are you using an MBG?
Is SIP ALG turned off on the firewall?
What is in the header of the incoming SIP call?
Are there any incoming digit mods?

Can any other site dial it?
Are there any SDS errors?
When you do a LOCATE NUMBER or LOCATE FEATURE EXT in maintenance commands, does it come back with anything?

As far as i'm aware there are no rumblings of a v10 MiVB any time soon. v9 has just been released really

The "Associated Directory Number" form might be the way forward if the issue is that you're running out of space in the CPN substitute form?

Mitel Software Applications / Re: MiVBE cannot logon to MiVB

***Resolved***

Issue was on the data centre side of things...the MiVBE obviously uses 2 IP's. They were both bonded on the VM NIC...but it actually needed to be bound to the SDN (Software Defined Network) as well!

Mitel Software Applications / MiVBE cannot logon to MiVB
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:03:48 AM »
Hi all,

Having issues with logging onto a MiVB within MiVBE.

This is in a virtual data center with other apps deployed okay. Licensed MiVBE okay and it has booted up the MiVB.

The IP address of the MiVB is in the same subnet BUT i literllay cannot logon to it even locally (same subnet). I initially loaded .301 software, and then went down to .202

Any ideas please?

tmnt, I think what you need to do is a RMESS VERIFY command from the DLM controller to the one you replaced, see what the printout is.

Can you ping the other controller etc?

A couple of things here, on the DLM form on the designated license manager, does it show the controller that was switched out in license violation?

When the other controller was swapped out, did you keep the iButton and put it in the new controller?

Is the other controller contactable?

The PBX definitely isn't giving out DHCP as well?

You'll need to setup your FTP credentials on the 3300, then set a schedule for the back to occur whenever you want

Just on the back of this, I use single line extension licenses for things like generic SIP phones via SIP ATA's for conference phones

I know it's kind of the same thing, but maybe try setting up a hunt group with a divert to the external number and divert the ring group to the hunt group

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mxe boot failure
« on: September 20, 2018, 06:30:34 PM »
Hi all! I am getting the below error when booting up and Mxe. I have a RAID controller with 2 disks. I am currently just trying to boot from 1 disk and it has the green access light on the back.

I have also tried to flash the drive and just run new software via FTP but it goes into the same error below...to me it's like it's not even seeing the drives?? For example, if I boot without any drives, it should show RAID controller detected Bay1/Bay2 no disks found

Any help will be greatly appreciated
