Hello All,

I have an issue which started about 2 weeks ago on an iphone 7. It is running IOS 11.3.1, with no issues.

Micollab was working fine, but now it does not notify of any calls coming in, only if the app is in the foreground.

I have attached a screen shot of the Client and Server version.

The phone has been set back to factory settings, with a new install of the software. This is the only IOS device using micollab so cannot say it is happening to others, Android devices seem to be ok.


Please help as it is driving me a little nuts :)

Hello All,

We have the MIvoice Business solution, with TIM Plus bolted on for telephony reporting and dashboards. The functionality of this has been good for the time we have had it, but moving forwards we would like a similar solution but with access to the data via an SQL/ODBC as well, to interrogate the live data through excel/access.

Do any of you wonderful people know of a similar solution, we have looked at TIM Enterprise, but need a few comparisons.
