Mitel Software Applications / I can't answer the softphone using on screen buttons

I'm using Micollab 7.2.047 and can't answer the phone in softphone mode using the on-screen button. I'm using a GPO to auto-launch the micollab client and the softphone won't work properly. If i just close and re-open it works fine after that point. Has anyone else seen this or is this a bug?
