I need to reinstall but I cannot find the installer?
Can it be downloaded somewhere?
Should it be in a Mitel folder on the server?

Where do you create or modify Call Reports (calls out/calls in/etc)?
Apparently these reports are emailed to end users/managers.

Where do I find the outside numbers being called to reach a hunt group or the main lines for that matter?
I see the hunt groups I guess I am looking for where to look to see how it gets to each group.

I will work on getting the message. 
Is there any other way to see the other mailboxes this phone is tied to?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Phantom message/remove IC-MSG Notify?

I have a few users reporting that their message button is flashing, but not for voicemail.
When they hit that button, it says IC-MSG notify, then it asks for password and says invalid when they use their voicemail password.
Any idea how to stop this or get to that message?


Also the * key then extension then password resets the message button so they can get to voicemail.  But the problem returns for certain users.

How would I rollover a main line to a call tree if it is not answered?

So it would ring the main line then it would prompt "For xxxx Press 1.  For yyyyy Press 2"
