Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5330e phone tftp error - MainIp5340e.bin

Hi experts,
before throwing a phone to the bin, let me at least check here to see if it there still is a possibility left to get it alive.
The phone is booting and trying to fetch files from TFTP server:
Read request for file <L2Boot53xxeTtn8M.bin>. Mode octet [20/03 01:38:04.951]
OACK: <blksize=4096,> [20/03 01:38:04.951]
Using local port 52735 [20/03 01:38:04.951]
<L2Boot53xxeTtn8M.bin>: sent 25 blks, 99384 bytes in 1 s. 0 blk resent [20/03 01:38:05.066]
Connection received from 192.168.0.136 on port 49154 [20/03 01:38:05.230]
Read request for file <MainIp5340e.bin>. Mode octet [20/03 01:38:05.230]
File <MainIp5340e.bin> : error 2 in system call CreateFile The system cannot find the file specified. [20/03 01:38:05.230]
I am not having the right firmware zip available for this phone so it keeps asking for MainIp5340e.bin
Is there anybody who can point me in the right direction to find a proper zip archive with the right firmware?
