Mitel Software Applications / Micc won't take a new SMTP

We're trying to update the SMTP server for our Ignite users.

The oddest thing happens, Initial setup works Test email goes out.
Then we try ignite, and it fails.. Then we try to test it again and get an error.

ERROR "Please verify the values entered for this Outgoing Mail Server and try again"

From logs:

Error: 2023-Apr-27 13:16:50.461   CFG0014 : YSE: Email server connection test general error : Csla.DataPortalException: DataPortal.Update failed (Rebex.Net.SmtpException: Authentication failed: The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked (535).

Anyone fine a way to fix this or have the same error?

Mitel Software Applications / Log off all Chat Users after specific time

Hello,

We have users that forget to log off Ignite at the end of the day, and then they are the first ones available for the chats in the morning.

Currently, I log off all users from CCC. Is there an easier way to automate this? Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback..  I'm not sure if our system became way more sensitive or maybe it keeps throwing those errors lately.

I wanted to verify the recording so that I could make sure it's visible in Oaisys, however it requires a
"OAISYS STAND ALONE PVD PLAYER" - Any help on finding this software?

Update: no luck..  Still getting the error.
I will restart all services this evening after hours and see if that helps.

Mitel Software Applications / OAISYS ISSUE: 2035 - PVD Import Failed

Hello,

I'm not even sure what this is referring to. Who else is using the recording?
Where is is being imported to?  - our Oaisys has been acting up lately. any advice. I can't seem to find any documentation on this error and how to avoid it.
I keep getting similar errors the past few weeks. Servers were rebooted last week. No change.


ALARM: 2035 - PVD Import Failed
MESSAGE: The process cannot access the file 'd:\Recordings\88\0F\01LH32Q.PVD' because it is being used by another process.

Sorry, I never recieved the updates about this ticket via email. :(
However, for this issue the problem was with the secondary screen.
So depending where the primary screen was it would work better, made physical adjustments to resolve the issue.

But, I think since the last update it's been working well on both screens unless people aren't complaining anymore.

Going over all of this, since the Server was rebooted yesterday. All services would have been restarted.

However, I will try it again later. But I went over some of the SRC settings, and noticed for the extensions throwing the error the Disabled SRTP setting was Disabled.

Maybe not related. But all other settings were good.

I'm getting the same errors..

ALARM: 3043 - No CTI generated for device
MESSAGE: CTI is not being generated for device 1347.  The last voice stream ended just now, but no CTI events have ever occurred for the device.

I will be trying your fix, will post back later..
Yesterday we restarted the Oaisys server, but the errors still came in this afternoon.

I've received the following error from our Oaisys system, for multiple extensions and they're arrived twice already today.
Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks.

There has been a Critical Alert on the Call Recording Admin.
Please verify the following.

ALERT: 3043 - No CTI generated for device

MESSAGE : CTI is not being generated for device 1320.  The last voice stream ended just now, but the last CTI event we got for the device happened on 6/1/2021 9:37:21 AM

Mitel Software Applications / Ignite - Can I delete an email?

Hello, We received an email from a client that he absolutely wants us to delete an email from Ignite.
But there is no option to delete this email.

I looked into the Elasticsearch, but I"m not sure if that what to change if it can be done in there.

Hello!

I keep getting this error, then it clears on it's own.
We are using Office365 for this email, so performance is pretty good.
The email are being moved to the processed folder, but we keep getting this Critical Error - then it clears automatically.

Any suggestions? 
Note, I have enabled the archive so the email folder is not overly big.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately we are hosting the Ignite server on 2008, so no Websockets.
I will look deeper into the logs and post my findings.
The messages are seen on both the Client & Agent side, and it's not persistent. it tends to happen every 5-6 chats.

These are the only errors we are seeing.
Attached are the screenshot on the Agents side.
also the errors that I did see in the PrairieFyre logs.
