Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 6940 IP with PKM695

I have an 6940 IP phone with an attached PKM694, when programming a 'Dss/BusyLamp' key on the the PKM keys the LED light stays green and doesn't go red when the extensions is busy.
No sure if its a Class of service issue or programming?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Packet loss and Jitters

I've had a few incoming calls advise that the calls are cutting out at the beginning of the call and i'm useless when it comes to network related issues.
Looking at the voice quality stats it shows sporadic calls/sequence numbers with packet loss and jitters
There are no alarms detected on the links.
MBG Logs are showing minor alarm:excessive jitter.

Not sure where to go from here?

I have an issue relating to the Mivoice Business Console
When the receptionist places the phones onto 'Night Service 2' which reroutes to an ring group that allow other users to answer the line however after a short period of time it flicks back to day mode and is showing operator 'not present'.
When this occurs, people trying to get through on the main line...cannot.
The consoles COS  - Attendant Busy Out timer is currently set to 1440.
So I'm unsure what is causing the console to switching the operator to day mode after setting the console to night mode
