Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Caller ID on Desphone

Hi there, my provider Korida NZ uses international numbers for inbound and outboud for example 6469535921 I can make inbound and outbound fine. But what I want it to display is 069535921 so it strips 64 and replace it with a 0. I have managed to do that coming in and adding the 64 on the way out.

Is it possible to do this? if so how??
