Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / How to make an analog direct line NOT dial 9 first.

I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Please advise me on how to make an analog direct line not dial "9" first.  Kinda like an old POTS line.  I have some clients with old school  credit card lines that don't have an option of dialing 9 first.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Phone
Device Type = Analog
Service Level = Full
Basic set-up.

FYI - I have already tried adding "89" in the hotline area of "user and device attributes".
