Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Got some Questions about the MiVoice 470

Hello at all,
1. We have the MiVoice 470 and the Enterprise Voicemail didn't unlock the 300MB for the extended Voicemail still at 10MB, do i need a not expiered SWA status to get the 300MB?
2. How do i set up an output control and can i use it to call a internal/external number to switch something on?
