SIP On Mitel / 911 on SIP

We currently have an issue with our current system and 911 and looking to see if SIP will help solve it.  Here is the setup.

We have a 3300 with 5 locations.  Most of our main numbers (we have a few) come into site 1 and some others go to other sites. The issue started when 911 was called from site one bldg 2 and the first responders  came to bldg 1.   Site 1 actually has two buildings with two addresses.  the entire org has two PRI's, one at site 1 and one at site 2.  We have no setup that will allow us to show 911 calls the different locations without a big cost.  There are some options that we can go down but the cost is ridiculous.  Will putting in SIP trucks make this any easier for us to tackle the 911 issue?  We are going to add them if this helps.  Any comments or suggestions are welcome.  Thanks guys!

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Call Routing and VM

Trying to change the call routing for a few extensions and route to VM.  Ext 1000 needs to fwd to 1100 then go to VM.  It transfers just fine but never goes to VM but when i call 1100  directly it goes to VM just fine.  Here is what i have setup

1000 has First Alt going to a ext 1100

1100 has the same COS and the First Alt is set to go to Voicemail
First Alt is set to this  this   this ... and i tried Last   Last   Last  ...  with no luck as well. 

What am i missing in the transfer??  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

we recently upgraded our 3300 system to add Enterprise edition with a gateway (Virtual PBX) and Micollab.  We have 2 main Location that have a T1 coming into each.   One is setup on Lakeside PBX and one on the Farnam PBX (this is the original 3300).  After this upgrade and this Virus things started, we have to get users to work from home using the Micollb (thru the webpage)  It appears to be working fine however, we are running into line issues.  the 23 channels at our Farnam location appear to be getting full while the other location has about 22 channels available.  We are going to ask out provider (Cox) to trunk our 2 T1's together but until then we are looking for a way to load balance the calls.  We tried to set our Route Selection to point all outgoing calls to the Trunk at Lakeside but for some reason that doesn't work.  We have teh first option going to that trunk, the 2nd option going to the other Trunk.  But every time i look at the trunks i see 20+c on the Farnam Trunks and 2 or 3 on the Lakeside trunk. (some incoming and some outgoing).  If anyone has any recommendations i would appreciate it.  Thanks.

We recently upgraded to the a newer version (9.???).  Along with that we now have the Micollab with Nupoint, Web conf etc.  We run in a trusted domain with two email servers.  the primary email (Domian 1)server is what is setup in the Micollab system and the issue is trying to send VM to EM on Domain 2.  We get the error below.  How can i find out what is blockng what?  The email is coming from Domain 1 and There are other emails coming from domain 1 that do not get blocked.  Anyhow, we can seems to find out what is getting blocked.  Any help is appreciated.

Update -  I did try a few things but didn't change anything.  Had her reset the phone with no luck.  Tried another of the 15 phones in the office and one worked and the other did not.  So far two of them are having teh issue

We have a new office that we setup recently and we are slowly but surely getting things setup.  We are starting to program some users keys.  The keys appear to programmed correctly however the LABEL doesn't show up on the phone display.  Doesn't matter what key we program nothing shows up on the display.  The keys work correctly but no label.  Anyone have a clue what the issue might be?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Might there be a list of usable maintenance commands that one could access for troubleshooting?  Seems like more and more we are needing to use them.  We have a system speed call number coming in and it gets pointed to an number (2222) .  This 2222 number is setup and multiple lines as a multi line pickup.  When i did a LOCATE NUMBER 2222 it came back with "The number refers to a Non Prime Broadcast Group".  Not sure what that means  I looked at pickup, ring, and Hunt groups bet it is not located in either.  Any help is appreciated.   Thanks

I'm sure this is a pretty simple task for most of you guys but looking to route calls for certain users.  Call needs to come into her ext. and if not there needs to go to ext 1200 and if they are busy needs to go to ext 1208.  I'm raised on a 5000 and its a bit different in a 3300.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

I have an office phone tree that has two options.  This is setup in VM Multi-level Auto Attendant.  I need to send OPtion 1 to a group of 3 phones that ring and i am unable to do that.  Any help on this would be great.   Tried setting up a "Ring Group" and Hunt Group but I cannot point that option to one of those types.  It wants an extension.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

We have a phone tree setup and it uses the admin VM box and for some reason when we go to change the message now we get invalid passcode.  It will not let me change the passcode even though I am an admin.  Get the message that i cannot change the admin mailbox passcode.  Any thoughts??  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks
