Known issue, not sure why they didn`t put this on KMS
Mitel is aware of a 6930 IP Phone software upgrade issue related to a limited batch of 6930 products manufactured during weeks 47, 48, and 49 of 2018. We have corrected the issue with our manufacturing partner and have corrected the issue with all Mitel stock in our global warehouses. Mitel continues to ship 6930 IP Phones and can confirm all phones shipping as of today have the problem corrected. Partners or customers who experience software upgrade issues and confirm the product was manufactured during the affected period, should contact their standard support contacts to have products replaced via our DOA/RMA process under our standard warranty. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences this issue may have caused.
