As it turns out I had the Subnet Mask improperly set.  With the correct settings, it works fine now.  It was a newbie blunder.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Working phone now constantly resetting...

Hello everyone... quick question.  I had a MITEL 5212 that was set up for use but I needed to alter the extension.  I had recently learned how to set up a new phone so I reset this particular phone back to factory defaults... I removed it from the server using the System Administration Tool for one of our locations.  When I rebuilt the phone settings and added it back to the server (with a new extension) it never gets to the "Use Superkey to send PIN" but it resets over and over... (Phone resetting...)

I'm new at this so I may have just made a mistake...

Any ideas?

Hello everyone.  We've had MITEL phones for quite a while but just now really getting into the programming and set up of the phones.  We've had a consultant through the years.  I'm trying to learn more.   :)
