Dear Guys,

The problem is solved only with removing my local SSL certificate issued from my windows server CA and used the default Mitel certificate. there is any way to re-install our custom SSL with a specific configurations ?

Is this on of the newest version with the high level security? If so, you may need to go back to legacy to get non e phones working

Dear John, I did it already as all the security levels changed to legacy but the problem is still exist.

Dear guys,

I need you kind help that after I upgraded my 3300, all the IP phones 5330 and 5340 are always showing "Application Loading" and not all the phone functions working specialty the setting key.

I tried to UpgradeBootrom ALL after the upgrade and also HtmlAppUpgrade without any luck. Also, tried to un-register and register the phone.

my exiting version is 9.3.0.24

Please advise!

Dear Guys,

Our company now subscribed with Microsoft 365 for all our users and I'm looking for a simple way to integrate our Mitel 3300 with MS Teams.

We have already Skype for Business 2019 On-Premise "locally" and working fine with our Mitel 3300.

So, Kindly help me for a good and easy documentation for this integration without any 3rd party solutions.

 Enable Mitel Proprietary SDP
 Force sending SDP in initial Invite message

After enabling both of them, getting ERROR while dialing the extortion from the IP phone

This is not what i asked you.

Both of them are (NO) disabled

Dear All,
I'm using Mitel 3300 and Integrated with Skype for Business via SIP trunk. the problem I can't hear the RingBack tone from the headset.
Everything is working fine I can call Skype extension and also calling from Skype. the only problem not hearing the ringback tone.
ANY HELP!

Dear Guys,
I am facing a problem that I created a SPX file for my 5340 via HTML toolkit as the documentation mentioned and used the Screen Saver Application template in the library (gif image160 x 320px) but after applying it there is 2 issues:

1- the gif logo I created not moving on the screen as mitel logo !
2- the image size not as I created (bit different in size)

Please Advise!
