Thank you very much!!! Changing Hot Desk External User - Dial Tone on Call Complete to NO resolved the issue.

Procedure:

1. Call from Remote DUT to Mitel PRG Desktop Extension number.
2. Verify that both the Desktop Extension and the twin extension both ring simultaneously.
3. Mitel IP Phone / Twin extension answers.
4. Verify the call completes and the two parties can exchange voice communications.
5. Remote DUT initiates hang-up.
6. Verify that a BYE is received and a response is sent with a 200OK and terminates the call.

Issue:

The Remote DUT initiates hang-up, the BYE comes in from the Remote DUT but is not sent out by the MiVB to the Twin leg to disconnect the call.


Any ideas why the MiVB is not sending the BYE to the Twin leg?
