Hey Everyone,

I ran into an interesting one. I have a user (me actually) that is missing their name in the MiCollab software so it is defaulting to our company name. We sync our account with Active Directory and when I look in Users and Services the name shows up correctly but when I look at the directory under MiCollab Client Services the first and last name are missing. Has anyone run into this before? We are running a Mitel 3300 system on release 8.0 SP3 and MiCollab is on 8.0.2.301.

And the medal goes to lundah. I wasn't thinking about the different controllers. Our users are on a central controller that is virtualized but the PRI is on a physical controller. I changed the COS of our direct IP link and it works. Thanks for your help everyone!!!

I don't have any options in COR, only COS. The Trunk COS is set for 180 seconds.

Hey Guys,

I'm working on changing my current Hold Timer and I thought I was doing it right but I can't seem to make it work. What I want to do is change the Hold recall timer from 60 seconds to 180. I have gone into the COS for both the station and the PRI and modified Call Hold Timer from 60 to 180 but calls are still recalling after 60 seconds. Am I missing anything? Is there another place to make the change?

I was thinking that the MoH would play until the call was picked back up but I guess that isn't the case. I'll get with our team and see if we can figure out a good Hold time and then program from there. Thanks everyone.

Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to see if there is a way to have the Music on Hold play during a Hold ring back. We are currently running on a Mitel 3300 v7.0 SP1. I currently have the Call hold timer set for 60 seconds and we have Music on Hold on Transfer enabled. At this point when the call rings back our customers hear the ring tone until they are picked back up. Our agents sometimes can't pick it up for several minutes so we're having people hang up and call back as they don't want to hear the ring. Is there a setting we can change so that they continue to hear the MoH instead of the ring tone?
