Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to insert callers into an existing queue at a higher position if they called another number than the primary number for the queue. I appreciate the info.

Thanks for responding. What I'm referring to is the part of the greeting that says, "Please enter a mailbox number or wait." I believe it's tied to the part of the line group below- "Wait Prompt = [Y]"

  Application = [NUPOINT VOICE]
   Dial plan = [4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,3]
   Administrator mbox # = [998]
   General Greeting mbox # = []
   Attendant mbox # = [999]
   Wait Prompt = [Y]

Hi,

I've inherited a Nupoint v16 system and I'm trying to disable the default wait prompt option.

I've tried going into line group while editing the offline config and I've poked around FCOS.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to disable the "wait prompt"?

Hi,

While searching I saw a post on connecting analog TTY to a controller via terminal adapter, but does anyone have any experience or recommendations on setting up something similar for an ACD agent, or does anyone know if Mitel's softphone offers any support for deaf/hearing impaired? Thanks for your assistance!
