as an FYI, we did get this issue resolved. Under SIP options on the MBG, the Local Streaming checkbox was checked but in fact it should have been "unchecked".

TE, I called 2 cell numbers from my desk phone using the conference button and all 3 parties could hear one another.

Wondering if someone out there came across this issue before.... we have cell phone twinning turned on for a few desk phone users but when someone calls their DID from outside, the cell picks up but there is no audio on both sides of the line!!! Now if someone in the office dials my extension (4 digit) and I pick up with my cell the connection works fine. If that same someone in the office dials my full 10 digit DID from the same phone that dialed my extension it does not work. So in short >>> cell twinning works with 4 digit dialing but not with 10 digit - any ideas?

Running MiCollab 7.3.0.204 and MiVoice Business 8.0 SP1

thank you

does anyone now how to insert the outside dial access code (9 in our case) into a number from the call history log. For example, someone called me from 289-555-5555 but I missed the call. I then get to the phone, check my missed calls and see the number, 289-555-5555 when I hit the button, the number comes up and I have the option to dial; the problem is that we have to dial 9 to go outside the PBX so the call fails. On our older phones (5320e) you have the option to edit the number before dialing so you can just put a 9 in front of it and hit dial and it works but on the 6940 I don't see the option to edit or add 9 anywhere. Anyone has any ideas how to get around this?

PS: I know the MiCollab client software will automatically add the 9 for you but I would like to do this directly from the phone and not have to use software on the PC.

thanks
