SIP On Mitel / Mitel 6873i + M685 - Touchscreen buttons stop working with FW V4.3.0.1052 SP1

We're using the Mitel 6873i + M685 BLF module.
with FW V4.2.0.2023 SP2 everything was working fine, but since updating to V4.3.0.1052 SP1 the touchscreen speeddial+BLF buttons occasionally stop working,
even though the Touchscreen Menu keeps working fine and the speeddial+BLF buttons on the M685 keep working fine.
Rebooting the phone fixes it for a few hours but the problem keeps coming back.
I tried reporting this bug to Mitel but they are 100% completely uninterested in bug reports. They only talk to "registered distributors" or something.
Anyone else with this problem? It does not seem to happen with all the 6873i phones that do not have the M685 attached...
