I was wondering if anyone has used Mitel phone manager and Salesforce Open CTI to build a softphone native in salesforce. I have Mitel 5000PBx/Mioffice 250/ Phone Manage Professional.
I wanted to get some feedback and assistance on how to do it.

Started the Mitel Communication Service Install on Friday, Cannot get to configuration until after Watchdog completes the database update. I checked in services to make sure it was running and it is. It has been stuck there refreshing every 30 seconds since then. My Mitel partner has MCS running on a seperate server than mioffice250 runs on, should they be on the same server?
