We currently use a multi-call for our IT Helpdesk line. We are in need of a software or product to record our helpdesk line or an ACD. We currently have record-a-call which does great for single lines, but to my understanding it can not be used for mutli-calls.

I am looking for suggestions for recording devices that others may have deployed for MUlti-Calls or ACD lines

Our voicemail to email service has stopped working. In the logs I have the following being reported

imapAdapter Error IMAP4 Login Failed -> Invalid Login Response <LOGIN Failed

I am assuming this is referring to LDAP but I am my verify connection under Advanced UM is greyed out

any suggestions would be appreciated

We recently updated our Mitel 3300 to release level 8.0 SP3, with active software load 14.0.3.51 and our Micollab voice mail server to build 19.1.1.102.01

Since updating the firmware on our controller and voice mail server we have had some strange issues.
1. some group mailboxes are having "phanton voice mails" where the group mailbox MWI is flashing, when they press the MWI it does not call the voice mail box.
2.  some group mailboxes MWI is flashing, however there are no messages in the mailbox
3. some group mailboxes MWI does not flash, however there are message in the mailbox

This is happening with mailboxes that reside on the MiCollab and mailboxs are are embedded on the controller. This issue only happened after updating the firmware.

The only way I can resolve these issues is by rebuilding the mailbox, which is only a temporary fix. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

I have a mitel 3300 and recently purchased a UC360 conference room phone. I have the phone programmed as a generic sip device and have 4 multicall lines setup with the prime number. The phone connects and is able to make a call, however I am having trouble making a conference call. If I place caller 1 on hold, and press the second line, I dial the second number, it disconnects call one. If the second call is picked up, I have an option to add to conference. I select add to conference and dial call 1 again, it transfers my call to caller one. now caller 1 and call 2 are on the same call and the 360 is not involved in the call.

Any feedback would be much appreciated

I have two phones that have recently been programmed to be used only for paging. I was hoping there would be a way through COS to prevent these phones from receiving incoming calls but still allow for pages to be heard but I have been unable to find a feature that met our needs

We currently have 16 TNs for our teletime server and have roughly 400 employees. At 5 o'clock when everyone clocks out obviously several employees will get a busy signal. Is there a way through Class of Service to have these calls automatically go to I will wait instead of presenting a busy signal?

we had the same issue not long ago and it was discovered by one of my colleague that it relates to the inactivity timer on the IPX trunk. If the timer is not configured, the ICP COM Card will trigger an alarm. We could not figure it out until she took some notes. Our network has more than 300 elements but we would get those alarms randomly not knowing why.

Configure the inactivity timer to 1 hr or 30 min, it has to match at both ends ( meaning that if one of you MCD is for a satellite office, your main PBX at the main office must match the same inactivity timer as your satellite ). If that inactivity timer is not configure and no calls are made, the link will remain up indefinitely preventing calls to be made.

Just try it, it may solve your issue

We have several users setup with EHDU, it works perfect except when a call goes to voicemail, it goes to the Cellphone voicemail instead of office voicemail. Is there a timer that can be adjusted to keep this from happening?

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I have identified the node that is losing connection which is caused by our network providers. Is it possible to to change the the timers on that particular node where it doesn't notify us until after an extended period of time since this is a node that is not heavily utilized?

we currently have 4 phone switches, almost daily we receive the following major alarm which clears itself after about 2 minutes. Because this is happening at different times and clears itself after a few minutes, it has been difficult to troubleshoot. Has anyone else experienced this alarm?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / ACD timeout

When calling my ACD path, I am able to get my messages to play. After about 2 minutes of being in the queue the call is disconnected/timeout. I have compared my timers to other ACD path's in our environment and the timers are the same. Any suggestions?
