Mitel Software Applications / Screen Recorder Error

Hi,
We are using Mitel Screen Recording Software, version 9.1.1171. I installed this on a PC running Windows 10. When I first open this program, I get an error message that says "Administrator user rights are required to install the TechSmith Screen Capture Codec (TSCC) on Windows NT/2000/XP". I then click the "OK" button and am able to login to the software. I get this error message when logged in as the user and as myself and I have admin privileges on his computer. The error message also mentions Windows NT/2000/XP and this machine is running Windows 10. Currently, we are not able to view the screen recordings. Does anyone have any ideas why this message always pops up when I open up the screen recording software? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
