Mitel Software Applications / Screen Recorder Error

Hi,
We are using Mitel Screen Recording Software, version 9.1.1171.  I installed this on a PC running Windows 10.  When I first open this program, I get an error message that says "Administrator user rights are required to install the TechSmith Screen Capture Codec (TSCC) on Windows NT/2000/XP".  I then click the "OK" button and am able to login to the software.  I get this error message when logged in as the user and as myself and I have admin privileges on his computer.  The error message also mentions Windows NT/2000/XP and this machine is running Windows 10.  Currently, we are not able to view the screen recordings.  Does anyone have any ideas why this message always pops up when I open up the screen recording software?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are using Mitel Management Studio version 9.1.1016.0.  Is there anyway for this software to show if the caller or the customer service rep disconnected a call?  Thanks.

Hi,

Is there a way to make it so if a manager is monitoring an agent's call, it won't show this in the display boards of the Contact Center Client?  Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

We are using Mitel Managment Studio with "OAISYS Desktop Client" for voice recording and "Screen Recording Client" for screen recording.  The voice recording software is working but we are not getting screen recordings for any users.  The "Show Desktop" button does not show up for the users in Mitel Management Studio.  I am not sure how to get this functioning.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
