Within the system manager, the LDAP import is bringing all users across successfully.  Within the clients (Micollab 7) the corporate directory will display differently for different users.  Some may have the entire directory, where some may only have a dozen users pulled across.

Has anyone come across this behaviour before?  Resynching the corporate directory appears to have random results too

Thank you, unfortunately the checkmark is on.  The clients are showing some of the directory for some users.

The LDAP sync appears to be working correctly on the server and all users from AD are imported.

Some Micollab clients (7.2.2) have incomplete Corporate Directories listed though.   For example, some will have all 400+ listed, where some can have as little as 2 people listed.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?

Thanks, they are identified as UC Endpoint within the system manager, but so are the ones that have the button.  Is there a setting somewhere else I need to be checking?

Hi

Can anyone advise what setting needs enabling for the call transfer button to be visible in Micollab call window?  Some of our users have it and some don't.  I have tried adding a second key but it hasn't made any difference.
