Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Re: Routing "0" to operator.

Instead of using unassigned extension create an extension 0 and make in say interconnect restriction #2 all other phones being interconnect restriction #1 restrict #1 from #2 and in intercept handling set up a different intercept handling for each group using interconnect restriction to their specific operator. everyone is blocked from 0 and will route to correct operator via intercept handling.

To answer the question about the Nupoint you can have up to 4 "alternate extensions" that will do exactly what you are asking. Go to the Nupoint mailbox and select advanced you should see 4 alternate extension boxes. Add the new extension into one of those. So you can have up to 5 different extensions forward into the same nailbox.

Not documented very well but 69XX phones only support Hot Desk ACD and not Traditional ACD.

Try using the Mitel Software installer tool to do your backups. Chose full install and it will end up taking you to a page where you can deselect everything but the backup. See attached screenshot. You may need a software you could actually install (newer than the current system) but it wont install it it just checks.

Don't take this wrong but did you physically add a 2nd MXe Processor card to the system? The built in E2T (64 channels) are not configurable you have to add an MXe processor card to get to 128 Channels. Did you also add a 128 channel Echo Canceler module?
