Mitel Software Applications / Weird MiCC Callback issue

Hi,

I have come across this before but cannot remember the fix so hopefully someone can help.

I have an MiCC Call back port that is inserting digits in the number before the caller is called back.  For example, if i enter 02034004509, the callback will tell me the number is correct and I can submit the request but when the number is called by the outbound port it is dialling 9002002034004509.

The Location is setup for the Media Server.

Any ideas please?

Had a similar issue and it turned out to be DNS, I think I set the DNS servers to be ones used on internal network but set to resolve locally.

I wouldn't normally do this but seemed to work on this occasion.

Perfect, I guess they are designed to be printed onto specific labels, any idea on how to get the label to export to excel so that you can out a border on it for cutting out etc?

Our stock of HDD are depleting quickly, I wondered if anyone knew a company in the UK that you can still buy them or ones that will fit in the bays correctly.

Hi,

We have a Mitel with SIP to Gamma and its working fine. 

The SIP Peer has been configured with CPN substitution tables and that is also working just fine and sending out the right CLI.  What I am having an issue with is if the User has Privacy on the telephone directory and they dial out the number is withheld.

We can obviously just remove the privacy from the telephone directory entry but this will fill up the directory with numbers we dont want in there.

Any ideas?

Im sure there is a simple solution
