issue resolved, I was trying to delete old ran jobs, and the system doesn't let you do that. I was however to delete future jobs, which was my initial intention.

Hi all, i'm having issues deleting backup jobs on the scheduler. I can create new jobs, but I can't delete any old ones. it's grey out. i'm logged in as system. any thoughts? thanks

Hi does anyone know how to, if possible,  default the Navigation page to Page one? A lot of our users accidently have it on page 2 or 3 then complaints that they can't see which line is ringing. thanks!

So does anyone know, if I need licensing to use the Mitel NuPoint Unified Messaging Voicemail to Email? Meaning do we need to purchase Licenses to use this feature, even though it is enabled already and working. thanks

It's NuPoint, I was able to enable it and everything works. But I was told it needs licenses.

Does anyone know where I can find if I have any Voicemail to Email Licenses? I was able to enable it and it works, but from my understanding it needs Licenses. Currently on Mitel NuPoint Unified Messaging, version 15.0.0.37.01. thanks

So my workaround is adding ARS Digits Dialed for all combinations of the accidental dialed numbers. For example, extension 1212, I have added 12121, 12122, 12123, etc....to 12120. this will have to do for now. thanks

Is there a way to say for the specific extension for example 1732, for the system to wait for the 5th digit dial. if the 5 digit is dialed without the 9 it will fail. I tried adding that on the ARS digits dial, unfortunately that only works for no extensions. thanks!

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone know how to prevent accidental internal digits dial like 1212, 1347, 1718, 1732, etc... we do a lot of faxes here and most of us know to dial 9 then the fax number. but from time to time there will be people trying to fax without the 9. When that happens it calls our users and that can be very annoying for them. Any ideas? we currently are on the Mitel 3300. thanks!
