Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Clearfly SIP Trunks

I have a customer that we are setting up ClearFly SIP Trunks on an MCD version 7.2. Both Mitel and Clearfly do not have any documentation on this setup. I believe that I have everything configured correctly but my SIP Peer is out of service and Clearfly indicates we have not attempted to register with their gateway. Any one have this setup and functioning correctly that they can give me a bit of assistance. I don't have access to the customers firewall so I want to make sure that my configuration is correct before getting the customer involved. I have already had them allow SIP through their firewall.
